Sourced from four different vineyard sites across the Swartland this is a light, fragrant and elegant grenache noir from one of the star producers in the Swartland, David and Nadia Sadie. Partial fermentation in concrete provides texture over oak flavour with maturation in a combination of large, old French oak and concrete further accentuates the bright cherry, redcurrant and peppery character.
