Discover the wines of south-eastern Spain at a lively, walkaround tasting full of vibrant, characterful wines poured by representatives of the estates themselves. Alongside this exciting line-up, enjoy generous servings of freshly prepared paella, served throughout the evening, with a selection of light bites to complement the wines.

With some seating available but a relaxed, free-flowing format at its heart, this is a sociable, engaging way to explore the region’s diverse styles, flavours and stories – wine-led, flavour-packed and unmistakably Spanish.

Step into the wines of south-eastern Spain with an informal, energetic evening designed for discovery, conversation and great flavour. At its core is a dynamic walkaround tasting, where visiting producers will be pouring their wines, offering a rare opportunity to taste widely and hear first-hand about the vineyards, grape varieties and ideas shaping this exciting region.

As you explore, freshly prepared paella will be served throughout the evening via tray service, alongside a selection of light bites. The food is designed to complement the wines and enhance the experience – bringing a true taste of Spain to every glass.

While there will be some seating and tables available, the spirit of the event is relaxed and sociable. Move freely through the space, glass in hand, comparing wines, asking questions and sharing discoveries with fellow members. The Wine Society team will also be on hand to guide you and help you get the most from the line-up.

The menus for the events are usually provided on registration but do let us know of any dietary or seating requirements.

Do you send physical tickets or is it all e-tickets?

We no longer send out physical tickets for our events. An email confirming registration will be sent to the member who has purchased the ticket(s) and this email can be used as confirmation upon arrival at the event.

Can I bring a non-member?

Yes. Tickets must be booked by a member, but you are welcome to bring non-member guests.

Do I need to know lots about wine to attend?

Absolutely not! Our events target a range of experience and knowledge levels, and we try to make this clear on our event pages. If you’re unsure if an event is for you, simply contact tastings@thewinesociety.com and we will try to help.

Do I get a discount on wines after events?

After our ‘in person’ events, we offer attendees a 10% discount on the wines we have shown, subject to availability. You will be provided with a private code after attending the event to redeem the discount

Can I join a waiting list for sold out events?

Yes. Please do feel free to join our waiting lists for sold out events. If tickets become available you will be contacted by email.
