White Wine from France - Burgundy
Fresh, bright, appley white Burgundy with a seam of lemony freshness on the palate. Barrel fermented and matured. Lying just outside the boundary of the appellation this wine is, in all but name, a Saint-Aubin. Jérôme Fornerot has just taken over the domaine from his father and he is a gifted vigneron and a rising star.
