Domaine Joseph Burrier Moulin-à-Vent La Manganite 2023
From the most Burgundian of all the crus comes this electric, fragrant La Manganite from Fred Burrier. Grown around Les Perelles with lots of manganese in the soil, hence the name of the cuvée. This 2023 is pale ruby in colour with fresh wild strawberries, rose, violet and liquorice. A truly lifted and elegant style of Moulin-a-Vent, which would benefit from being chilled down slightly.
