White Wine from France - Burgundy
Recently sourced from an exclusive cellar of impeccable provenance. Undeniably one of the best white Burgundy vintages of the last century. Perfect colour with excellent clarity and no visual signs of development. The nose is clean and precise, showing subtle evolution alongside a gentle nuttiness. The palate is lean and racy, driven by vibrant acidity and a taut, focused structure. Despite a hint of development in the background, the wine remains beautifully composed and in excellent balance. A precise, energetic style with a long, clean finish. Absolutely spot on.
