A sparkling wine unlike anything we've tried before. Dedicated to Exton Park's founder, Malcolm Isaac, the base wine was fermented and matured in barrel for three years before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. In effect, a still wine that's been fermented again. Sourced exclusively from the estate's oldest chardonnay vines, the result is a hugely concentrated, complex, savoury, and spicy sparkling wine that's vinous and textural yet with great freshness. A truly fascinating wine that should be treated more like a Grand Cru Burgundy than a sparkling wine.
