Exton Park are making some of England's most exceptional sparkling wine. Their RB45 is literally years in the making, featuring no less than 45 different reserve wines to build this exceptional non-vintage 100% chardonnay. 30% of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation giving a softer edge (historically none of the wines at Exton Park went through malo), with 30% barrel-fermentation on the base wine giving astonishing depth and richness to the citrus fruit. The wine is full-bodied, rich, and savoury with real refinement. One of the finest wines we've tasted from England.
