From vines planted in the 1970's on soil famous for an abundance of fossilised seashells, this California chardonnay has great poise and concentration. Fresh green-apple and citrus on the nose is well balanced by fine oak vanilla notes on the mid palate, developing a mineral edge lifted by fresh acidity on the finish.
California pinot noir that is light garnet in colour, with autumnal leaves and dried spices on the nose, and cranberry and redcurrant flavours developing in the glass. A lovely well-rounded refreshing style of pinot that would be easy to enjoy by the glass with or without food.
