An easy drinking white from Portugal's land-locked Dão region. This is a place known for premium quality wines which balance authentic Portuguese charm with freshness. Surrounded by mountains on all sides and sitting up on a plateau, it is protected from the weather coming in off the Atlantic and has a cooler climate thanks to the altitude. This is a lovely little blend of three local varieties, encruzado, arinto and malvasia fina. The first brings body and texture, the second freshness and the third aromatics.
