White Wine from France - Rhone
Gigondas white became a cru from the 2023 vintage, and whilst the quantities are minute, the quality is excellent. Coming from 1922 vines, this 100% clairette is fermented and aged in oak giving the wine lots of texture and weight. There is a restrained concentration that carries through the wine and a long length of blossom, grapefruit pith and a salted nuttiness.
