New to our range, this elegant chardonnay dominant wine has three years of ageing on the yeast lees, leading to an elegant green-apple and floral Champagne with freshly baked pastry notes and bright refreshing acidity. Founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala in Aÿ, in the heart of the grands crus. The focus of their attention is on creating the purest expression of chardonnay-dominant Champagne that they can, using grapes from the best sites across the region. Thanks to the generosity of our suppliers, we’re delighted to offer a saving in addition to our usual case price saving of 10% on non-vintage Champagne. The supplier supported saving is valid until December 31st or while stocks last. This saving is included in the case price below.
