This was a surprise favourite at a recent tasting. Buyer Sarah Knowles MW is not always a fan of amphora aging, but this excellent lime and peach-scented, vibrant fiano from Roccamonfina, in Campania, won her over with the perfume alone! Diana Iannaccone is responsible for turning around her family's property, farming biodynamically with her partner Mario Basco. Her attention to detail and embracing of traditional techniques is creating truly exciting wines for those keen to explore.
