Dominated by listán negro with touches of listán prieto and local whites, and made with whole-bunch fermentation and minimal sulphur. Bright, aromatic and delicate, with perfumed strawberry and cherry fruit, hints of pot-pourri, and a gentle mineral backbone. Effortlessly elegant.
