An exceptional savoury and succulent pinot rescued from the devastating floods of July 2021. What was left after the waters receded had to be tasted, assessed and analysed as barrel markings had gone so it was impossible to say what was what. Colleagues, including neighbouring winemaker Hans Oliver (the HO of the name), came to help and from the best this stunning cuvée emerged. This is possibly the best German pinot we have ever offered to members.
