White Wine from South Africa - Cape South Coast
Green apple and lime combine in this brilliant, crystalline riesling with just a little sweetness (12.5g/L residual sugar) to balance the crisp acidity. Fresh, fruity and floral, the grapes for this elegant white are sourced by Jessica Saurwein from two cool-climate regions - 80% from Elgin and 20% from the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley.
