Les Griottiers Pinot Noir, Domaine Paul Kubler 202
This 10-hectare estate just south of Colmar has been in the safe hands of Philippe Kubler's family since 1620. Although they are committed to working organically, they are not certified. With fruit coming from Westhalten in the Vallée Noble, this pinot noir is red fruit driven with some savoury spice and core. Tannins are well integrated and would pair perfectly with cured meats and confit duck.
