The Mondo Brewing Company brewery can draw upon a wealth of experience garnered in home brewing and professional stints in Germany, Japan, Spain, the US and here in the UK in the form of Todd Matteson and Tom Palmer, founders of this gleaming brewery and tap house in Battersea, South London.

Behind an industrial façade lies a modern operation that has seen a major investment in superb brand new equipment from the founders, who took over the empty warehouse space in December 2014. In April 2015 they brewed their first beer and the rest is a short but proud history. Working alongside Todd and Tom are brewer Joe Bevan and operations manager Andrew Turner, all alumni of the renowned London Fields brewery out in East London. They chose the name Mondo to reflect their broad, international outlook in terms of beer styles, and their four core beers embrace an American pils and a London Alt that is made in the style of a Düsseldorf ‘Altbier’.
