From Washington State's Yakima Valley and the fourth-generation Miller family, this zingy riesling has ripe apple and peach aromas, and just a touch of sweetness to balance the refreshing acidity. With lemon sherbet character on the palate, this is light and bright and would be delicious paired with a spicy papaya salad but is also a great standalone aperitif.
