Cuvée Référence is from old-vine fruit from the middle part of a south-facing slope in Vinsobres and aged in barrel. We have worked with the Jaume family for many decades and they are highly regarded within the appellation for quality. Inky and graphite notes combine with an expressive fruit profile.
