White Wine from France - Burgundy
Buttery, richly flavoured, old-school Burgundy, naturally concentrated wine made from four parcels of vines, covering 2ha and averaging 65 years of age. Fermented then matured for a year in 228l barrels, this a broad and ample wine, generously fruity. Olivier Merlin is the best grower in Mâcon La Roche Vineuse and runs his 20 ha domaine with his wife Corinne and sons Théo and Paul.
