Miquel Pons farms according to regenerative principles in the heart of Penedès, nurturing soil health and biodiversity through cover crops, organic composting and minimal intervention. His reserva is bright and finely poised, with green apple and citrus and hints of white blossom and fresh pastry. Dry, clean and beautifully balanced.
