Enchanting, smoky, honeyed and salty, this memorable, unique 29-year-old Fondillón produced exclusively from dried monastrell grapes is one of only 10 certified Fondillóns in the Alicante DO. Flavours of toffee, roasted almonds, mocha, raisins and caramel are found in this rich, smoky, powerful wine. A touch of sweetness is balanced by the acid tang and all the dried fruits and wild oak flavours.
