Now a Vin de France (for administrative reasons) rather than Côtes-du-Rhônes Villages, this organic and biodynamic wine is made by Hélene Thibon and her sister Catherine in southern Ardèche. There is so much freshness and minerality combined with black olive, garrigue and floral notes. Drink from 2026 to 2034. 14%
