This exciting new addition comes from the Costières de Nïmes, from a husband and wife team who took over this estate in 2002, when many of the vineyards had been abandoned. They have significantly reduced plantings to focus on organic viticulture and work in a low-interventionist way, which seems to be paying off when tasting through their range. This wine stood out for being bright, lively and full of character. Aged exclusively in concrete, this wine is fruit forward with layers of complexity added by garrigue and liquorice spice.
