White Wine from South Africa - Coastal Region
A dry, racy, tangy-lemon infused ‘wit versnit’ – or ‘white blend’ – of chenin and colombard from the little-known Montagu region. Bracingly fresh and pure, this has clean, crisp apple and spring blossom aromas and is linear and mouthwatering on the palate. Winemaker Reenen Borman describes 2024 as ‘a lovely vintage up in the mountains’ of Montagu and this is in a lovely place for drinking now.
