Exclusive to The Wine Society in the UK, this unique expression of zinfandel from a pre-Prohibition vineyard in Sonoma has been aged for 14 months in American oak, 15% of which was new. With damson, cherry and vanilla notes on the nose, burdock and liquorice spice develop on the palate. Full yet well-integrated tannins support the fruit and the bright acidity makes this wine truly balanced. Drink now to 2035. 14.5%
