Riesling Muschelkalck, Domaine Loew 2024
Domaine Loew (pronounced 'love') was only set up in 1996 by Etienne Loew and the estate remains small at just over six hectares. This wine is a mix of three different plots with vines planted as far back as 1967. A rocky soil on Muschelkalck (sedimentary rock). A concentrated wine thanks to low yields producing plenty of yellow-plum, verbena and red-apple notes combined with hints of ginger. It will pair perfectly with roast chicken or grilled fish.
