Riesling Ostenberg, Domaine Loew 2024
Domaine Loew was only set up in 1996 by Etienne Loew and the estate remains small at just over six hectares. This cru vineyard is situated on a South-facing hillside on Muschelkalck (limestone), with its 1969 vine plantings producing a powerful yet intensely mineral and pure style of riesling. Expect a precision and focus, especially noticeable on the palate with a saltiness on the finish supported by a white blossom and citrus perfume on the nose.
