Tondonia red is classically 75% tempranillo with 15% garnacha and 10% graciano and mazuelo combined. The reserva spends six years in barrel (just one would satisfy the DO regulations) and several more than the required two in bottle before release. Superb vibrancy, fine texture and Tondonia's unique flavour that straddles savoury complexity with violet, red-berry-fruit flavour.
