Red Wine from Georgia - Georgia
This is an unoaked red that is fruit forward and brimming with blueberry, black cherry and cassis notes. It is an excellent and affordable example of Georgia's native saperavi grape. This is full-bodied but it also has plush tannins and plenty of freshness to feel beautifully balanced. Expect lots of spice, which is a signature character for this grape. It pairs well with barbecued meats and curries.
