Silver Lining Adelaide Hills Shiraz 2022
Deliciously vibrant, generous shiraz from Australia, with blueberry, blackberry and redcurrant notes. The fruit is backed up by violet, white pepper and delicious spices - as soon as you put your nose in the glass there's nowhere else you could be but Australia! Marty Edwards is an Adelaide Hills veteran who spent much of his winemaking career at The Lane Vineyard in Adelaide Hills. After being diagnosed at a young age with Parkinson's disease, Marty wanted to find a silver lining and set out to create a new wine brand with proceeds from the sales going towards Parkinson's disease research. So, this is not only a delightful wine made by one of the most experienced Adelaide Hills winemakers, but a very good cause too. Deep, full, dark-fruited and peppery - perfect with a hearty piece of beef.
