The first official release of this 100% furmint sparkling by Juliet Victor winery in the Tokaj region from the cool south-east facing vineyard of Kiraly. The wine spends 36 months on lees in barrel giving a breadth and brioche note. Expect lemon peel, quince, white peach and hints of ginger. The core is stony and mineral.
