This premium dry, rosé from Paso Robles in California is based on grenache, and supported by Rhône varieties mourvèdre, counoise, and vermentino. A lovely light pink colour, with strawberry and red-cherry fruit, and an underlying saltiness, this is a refreshing dry style that is more serious and textural than your average rosé, making it a very food-friendly wine.
