Undurraga TH Peumo Carmenère 2021
This Chilean carmenère is made from a small 4.05ha vineyard plot with a soil of red clay over granite. This has aromas of black pepper and spice, while the palate shows rich dark fruit and a caressing velvety texture after 12 months' maturation in French oak barrels.
