A blend of 56% sauvignon blanc and 44% semillon sourced from their incredible vineyards on the intimidating Schaapenberg, including a portion of semillon from a vineyard block previously thought to have been lost to fire. This can happily stand against some of the finest white Bordeaux blends in the world giving immense intensity on the tightly wound, citrus and chamomile-rich palate with notes of cut grass, quince and mouthwatering minerality. A hugely impressive wine that will really show its best after at least ten years in bottle. Drink from 2028 to 2038. 13.5%
