The palate is crisp and textured, with bright citrus fruit, a distinctive mineral edge and the gentle almond note that is a hallmark of great Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Fresh, savoury and elegantly balanced, it is a wonderful partner for seafood, grilled vegetables and simple pasta dishes.
