This is a viognier made by the very capable Ardechois co-operative who produce fresh and vibrant wines. This is a dry, rich but not too blousy version of viognier with lots of fresh apricot and stone fruits and hints of ginger spice. A perfect pairing for grilled prawns or ceviche as well as grilled chicken salad.
