You + I Lime Sea Salt Kombucha

3.533333300 star rating 15 Reviews
A superb Kombucha made by husband-and-wife team Alan and Kelsey Moore. This is fermented with French oak and then infused with organic lime and smoked sea salt for an off- dry and zesty drink with a delicate hint of smoke enhanced by the minerality of the salt. Serve over ice with a mint sprig garnish. Kombucha is an ancient, tea-based drink that like wine goes through fermentation, resulting in flavour complexity and interest, but without producing any alcohol. Following fermentation a blend of fruits, flowers and botanicals are infused to further enhance complexity. We believe that Kombucha offers a drinking experience that will appeal to wine drinkers looking to moderate their alcohol intake. Spirit drinkers who are keen to keep their alcohol intake down should try this unusual, fizzy, salt, smoke and lime-licked kombucha. Fermented in French oak and infused with botanicals, it’s a quirky and thoroughly satisfying sip, best enjoyed over ice with a wedge of citrus.
