Logging in for the first time
If this is your first time visiting the new site, you’ll need to set up a new password. Your username will be the email address associated with your account.
Some of the improvements you’ll see:
- Easier to use on mobile: the new site has been built to ensure it works as well on your phone as it does on your computer or tablet, making shopping easier than ever.
- Easier to find what you’re looking for: whether you’re looking to buy wine, keep track of your account or browse articles, guides and recipes, our new navigation will help you get there in no time.
- Simpler checkout: no need for separate transactions for different types of orders – you can now buy wine, order en primeur and get tickets to upcoming tastings all in one go.
- New-look ‘My account’ section: redesigned to help you keep track of your orders, Reserves, wine plans and en primeur orders, and leave reviews on the wines you’ve purchased.
- Accessible for all: the site has been tested by people and not machines to ensure we meet the highest accessibility standards, so you can adjust text size and use all popular screen reader software when browsing if you need to.
- Secure shopping: keeping your data safe is our top priority: the new website builds on the strength of the last and is highly secure so you can shop with confidence.
- More flexible Members’ Reserves: you no longer need to withdraw 12 bottles at a time, and can select as many or as few wines as you like. More details about Reserves.
A foundation for the future
These improvements provide a new foundation on which we’ll be able to build more exciting things for members’ benefit in the future. The new site offers every member a personal experience, showing you more of what you like: the more you use the site, the more the recommendations you see for wines or articles should become more helpful.

FAQs

Our friendly Member Services team will get you up and running in no time. Contact them with details of you share number (or postcode) and email address and they’ll help you get started.
Your share number is still important and unique to you, this change has been made in the interests of security, which is our top priority. As a result, members will need to log in using their email address and not their share numbers.
Our previous website was built in 2008 and while it served us very well, it showed how easily home-built systems can fall behind the rapid pace of technology development. The new site has been completely rebuilt to help you get the most out of your membership, to make browsing and buying simpler than ever, and to ensure further improvements can be made quickly.
Absolutely, but please note that we’ve made a few changes to how this works. The recipient of a gift membership will receive a voucher code which they can use to sign up for membership. This ensures we get all the correct information from the new member and can make sure they’re happy to hear from us and abide by the rules of membership.
