AGM - Guest ticket
Guest ticket for accompanying a member to the AGM and wine tasting in person.
Ticket must be purchased by the member and registration together on arrival is required.
One guest ticket maximum per member.
Note that members planning to attend the AGM should preregister by visiting reg.lumiengage.com/tws/agmreg2026
Members are entitled to bring one guest to attend The Society’s AGM, as well as the wine tasting that directly follows it.
The cost of a guest ticket is £15 and members must buy this in advance for their guest.
Upon arrival at the AGM, registration is required, and the guest must be accompanied by the member. Any guest arriving ahead of the member they are accompanying will be asked to wait for the member to arrive before admittance.
4.30pm: Registration opens
5.30pm: AGM starts
7.00pm (approx): Wine tasting starts
8:15pm: Tasting ends
