The palate is crisp and finely textured, with delicate notes of green apple, pear and jasmine carried by elegant, persistent bubbles. Crystal clear with a subtle green tint, it feels light yet layered and beautifully balanced. Produced by 'The Sparkling T', which is the younger sibling of the Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, Alba is a superb alcohol-free aperitif which it pairs effortlessly with shellfish, sushi, white fish, chicken or fresh vegetable dishes.
