Champagne Alfred Gratien Clos le Village Cumières 2018

Alfred Gratien's Cellar Master Nicolas Jaeger's heart (and home) is in the Vallée de Marne, and this comes from one of his favourite villages Cumières. It is in fact from an old vineyard clos, surrounded by walls limiting the production. 100% piont meunier fermented in small burgundy oak barrles, and aged on lees for seven years. This wonderfully poised champagne has character and incredible depth. With only 2,135 bottles total production this is a new project for our long term partner Alfred Gratien, and it's truly exciting.
