Red Wine from South Africa - Coastal Region
This vibrant and juicy cinsault and syrah blend comes from Jeanine and Mick Craven, from Stellenbosch vineyards they've worked with for years. In this, their new Anne Faure Wines label, they are blending sites and grape varieties for the first time after years of working with single vineyard and single varieties - and the result is terrific. From two sites on the Rustenhof farm, this light red is fragrant and spicy, with white pepper and hedgerow fruit, and a crisp finish. Refreshingly low in alcohol, too.
