An elegant sparkling wine from the Limoux region, this has pale colour, with fine bubbles and wonderful biscuit and brioche character on the palate. Perfect for family celebrations or simply as a mouthwatering aperitif. Sparkling wine has been made in the Limoux region of the Languedoc for hundreds of years. It is made using the local mauzac grape, which lends itself well to the production of both still and sparkling wines.
