Botivo Botanical Aperitivo
A bittersweet, herbal and citrus-scented, non-alcoholic aperitif, made in small batches in Hertfordshire and inspired by the complex vermouths of France and Italy. Made from raw apple-cider vinegar, honey, rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest, and without artificial flavourings or preservatives, it has great balance when lengthened with soda water and is delicious with tonic.
