An excellent vintage from one of Germany's most revered winemakers. This pinot comes from three single vineyards on largely iron rich soils. There is a sweet red-cherry fruit character combined with hints of spice and graphite. This wine has a silky and seductive core with carefully integrated, fine grained tannins.
