Danie Carinus owns and farms some of the most sought-after vineyards in Stellenbosch's Polkadraai Hills. Throw in talented winemaker Lukas van Loggerenberg and you have a winning formula. The 2024 vintage is the third we’ve bought and shows the characteristic tannin profile of the vintage with more grip and structure than both the 2022 and the 2023. Raspberry and red plum flavours meet spicy white pepper in this fragrant syrah with its pure and racy palate and long, chalky finish.
