Cava Juvé & Camps Gran Reserva 2022
The 2022 follows suit from previous vintages, with this wonderfully dry complex aged example of organic Penedes fruit with no dosage and extended yeast lees ageing. A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada, it has inviting notes of fresh apple, white flowers with hints of toasted bread and nuts on the finish. Fantastic value for a quality bottle of sparkling.
