Champagne Louis Brochet
Domaine de Champagne Louis Brochet, a récoltant-manipulant (which means a company that is both grape grower and winemaker, owning the vineyards from which the fruit comes), was founded in 1881 and has been producing Champagne for 4 generations. Since 1943 Brochet have been based at Ecueil at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, where they own premier cru classified vineyards. The owners, Hélène and Louis Brochet, make a range of Champagnes from their 50 vineyard plots that cover 13 hectares, from Extra Brut and Blanc de Blancs to rosé, Blanc de Noirs and vintage bubblies. Since 2017 the domaine has achieved certification in sustainable viticulture for the care they take in the vineyards.
