Easily the best Pey La Tour we`ve tasted en primeur from this model estate in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers. For a wine so modestly priced, it offers tremendous bang for your buck. Predominantly merlot (90%) it has inky purple colour and ripe, concentrated fruit with great poise and length. Punches well above its weight, as always.
